Excellent, robust service. Very thankful customer I initially contacted big 4 about an ad I found online for a used Jeep. John contacted me the next day and we were off to the races. Anybody who is looking for an immersive purchasing experience should look into buying from the folks here. I work up north and I didn't have a vehicle prior to making my purchase, understanding this John went the extra 5 miles and shuttled me from my home in downtown Calgary to the dealership and back again each time I needed to be at the dealership, while also working around my scheduled work days where I was obviously out of town and out of contact. He not only helped me stat within my budget, he was able to fully explain what made each of the vehicles I was considering unique to best fit my preferences. Once John had successfully helped me pick a vehicle, Doreen set to work pitting a financing package together for me. Let me tell you, going in I was not hopeful that I would be approved for anything. Doreen worked her butt off, and in less than 2 weeks pulled a great approval seemingly out of thin air for me! I have some experience in auto sales and financing, these two went well above and beyond the call of duty. It's safe to say that I will be a customer of theirs for years to come. More

Fortunately our experience last weekend when we purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Big 4 Motors it was a positive experience. Right from Martin Venneri, the Sales Manager, the gentleman who was the lot attendant who we first met and we spoke to and especially John Quinlan the sales consultant that helped us determine the vehicle for us, everything was handled professionally in a way that was comfortable for us. John was friendly, knowledgable, had a good sense of humour and just a great guy to work with. On Monday, when we picked up the vehicle, John came into Big 4 Motors just to be present when we picked up the vehicle. He didn't have to do that. Overall a great experience and John led the way. Thanks John and everyone from the Big 4 Motors team. The best compliment I can give you is that we will return in the future to purchase our next vehicle. Thanks again. More
