Exceptional We were referred to John by our last salesman who moved on to Ford unfortunately. However I was extremely pleased how John took it upon himself to call us up right away and asked us to meet him. My parents were the ones looking for a new truck, had been to Tower the day before and were disgusted with the service provided to them, which made this visit to big 4 crucial especially for John. Well low and behold John turns out to be Newfie! Thankfully he had 1 up already and in just a quick conversation I could tell dad was pleased. The more we talked with him the more trust and honesty we had. My husband and I also thought well we've needed another vehicle for some time now and really appreciated everything John has told us/ done so far maybe we will get this truck too as they had 2 left! John wanted us to take it for a test drive before anyone made any decisions and when we said nah don't really want to drive this, offered to drive for us. That was genius because my father learned more about John and fell in love with this truck. Together it took some convincing for my mother to get on board but we did it as she too was completely blown away with the service provided. Thanks John for having such a great "Newfie charm" and for being so patient with us as we all were a little work. I also want to thank Martin for being kind and welcoming, great sense of humour, to Doreen for her exceptional work helping us put all the pieces together and being soo friendly, her smile goes a long way. I'm not sure if timing was everything but I did get to meet the GM and would have loved for dad to have met him, also very welcoming and easy to talk to as we had a little in common! More

No high pressure, just honest, transparent discussions with straight talk and sound advice. Each person at Big Four was willing to go that "extra" mile to help me make a decision on my new Jeep. I have a number of emails between us with numerous questions and scenarios - always answered in a very timely matter (even at month end) with patience and clarity. Rob and Stacey would even answer after hours and on holidays (that's caring for your customer!) I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. I was simply given facts with potential pro's and (yes, even con's). I was allowed to make some custom modifications to the package setup....some places I've been - that wasn't an option. It didn't stop when the dotted line was signed either. Rob, Stacey and especially Joe have all been extremely fast with any request I've had. Admittedly, I am a very high maintenance and picky customer - but I am very lucky to have been referred to this dealership and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone I know. Awesome, Very Professional Group of Sales People I came to this Delaership Big 4 by chance. Been to a couple of Ram Truck Dealership in town unsatisfied decided to walk away. So close on trying diff I came to this Delaership Big 4 by chance. Been to a couple of Ram Truck Dealership in town unsatisfied decided to walk away. So close on trying different truck company until again came to Big 4 by chance. Turn out to be blessing in disguise. Approached by Mr. Han Kim not only answered all my questions but give me lot's of pointers in choosing my dream truck. Very, very honest and professional guy. Two thumbs up for you Mr. Han 'The Man' Kim. We were able to Seal the Deal with the help of another awesome guy name Martin 'Miracle Man' Venneri, But, this transaction wont materialise without the help of Miss Stace Rogowski and The Man of the House him self Mr. Rob Coleman.
