My experience here was so dismal I almost decided to just give up on getting a jeep this year. A friend recommended speaking to Rob at Big 4 in Calgary where I occassionally work. I got a fair deal on my trade in - via pictures - and a great deal on the jeep I was looking at. My experience over the phone with first Rob and then later Bruce was such that I drove to Calgary from Vancouver to deal with these guys. Dan did a great job of going through the jeep with me. Descriptors I could use are professional, knowledgeable, honest, genuine. They made it a pleasure to buy and I will be driving back to Calgary on my next purchase! More

RYAN BEAUTRY not only talked with me about it in length, he explained what to do, how to keep an eye on the problem, and calmed me down on what I expected to be an abnormal problem that would be extremely expensive to fix. I then brought an unrelated issue to his attention with some odd streaking on my windows. He then brought out KEN SEAMAN, who used to detail vehicles for a living. I tried for 4 hrs the night before every product I had to remove the film...KEN then came out with a mild polish he uses frequently, and to my amazement...it worked!! Both these employees should be watched...excellent customer service that is rarely found these days.! Thank-you More

I researched the internet inside out to find what we needed in a Van, I checked all Dealer Websites, then I Hit the road, visited 5 dealerships. The experience was very mixed. But the minute I walked into Big 4 the atmosphere was very inviting and every salesman and associate I walked by said hello with a "sincere" smile (we got this every time we went there so it is definitely the culture of this dealership), Then I met Rob and Scott, They ""wowed me"" I told them what I needed and the price I wanted to be at, They narrowed it down to 3 Vehicles, all fitting my needs, They listened intently to my Questions and went the extra mile to Satisfy and help me finalize my decision. Their sincere demeanour and extreme patience with us was amazing as we "flip flopped and agonized on what to buy. (also Scott and Darcy staying past close on a Friday night to let me have one last test drive!!) Scott's after service has been amazing helping us get winter tires "during peak season" and simply being a great gentleman through the whole process. If you want a great Experience go to Big 4. New 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited :) A friend of mine recommended I contact Martin at Big 4 when she learned I was looking for a new Grand Cherokee Summit. Martin was very helpful an A friend of mine recommended I contact Martin at Big 4 when she learned I was looking for a new Grand Cherokee Summit. Martin was very helpful and found me a Limited with all the features the Summit has, for less money! Martin also spent a significant amount of time making sure I was getting what I wanted (exterior color/interior color/features etc). Martin found the exact jeep for me and had it brought in from Kelowna. Martin even arranged for winter tires and rims and had them installed for me. Michelle handled all the financial details and made the arrangements to have my registration transferred over, so picking up my new jeep was seamless! Everyone I dealt with were friendly and very helpful! I love my new Jeep and want to thank Martin, Arnie and Michelle for treating me so well through the process! More
