Great service I was looking to trade a vehicle that had been in a significant accident (but properly repaired) as well as possibly pick up second hand vehicle. My experience started off with an online 'value your trade' inquiry. I received a call the same day from Scott Schinnour who treated me in a professional and efficient manner. I then visited the dealership a few days later where he proceeded to continue his good first impression with the best trade offer I had received. I proceeded to look at the Dodge Journey as my possible trade. With it being a busy Saturday, Scott was juggling many clients. He passed me a long to Darcy Schinnour who managed my inquiries while Scott dealt with several customers, always pausing to check in on me. I expressed some interest in a used vehicle that I had viewed on www.calgarymegalot.com. Darcy informed Rob Coleman about my interest and Rob headed to Advantage Ford to bring the vehicle back for me to view. With this exceptional service I asked my wife to come to the dealership to drive the used Ford Escape. We then inquired about the Chysler 200.
