The only downside to our experience at Big 4 Motors was dealing with Michelle Morgan, the Financial services director. My wife and I both commented on her poor customer skills. Her attitude was just short of rude . She was very abrupt and snippy and it seemed we were an inconvenience .She only seemed to want us out of her office as soon as possible. We paid cash and did not need to purchase any of the "extras" this may have been the reason. My wife and I would probably not have purchased the vehicle if we had to finance from this dealership due to Michelle. More

The management and the business office were likewise professional and efficient. Pick up was painless and Johan once again did a great job explaining all of the features.
