Highly recommended I went to big four because my in law told me of his great experaince there. Politeness and efficiency was displayed at all levels and I purchased a truck that day. All questions were answered and if someone didn't have the answer they went and found it for me. My truck was ready on time and in my price range as ordered. Aside from original Star Wars I don't often give a five star rating . After a week to think it over I cant think of anything the Big Four team could have done better. Rob, John and Stacey did a great job and I am really happy with my purchase. Even though there are dealerships closer to my area I will probably drive the extra to get my service work done there on account of the great sales experaince I had. More

They made the whole process of purchasing a new car so easy. I admit that I don't know much about vehicles and John was so patient in answering my questions, and made sure to get me the vehicle that had everything I wanted, and for a great price. They made the trade in of my old vehicle so easy and gave me such a great price for it that it just wouldn't make sense to go through the hassle of selling it privately. When we realized that there was an option missing from the car (after I took delivery of it) John and Martin very quickly worked out a solution and again made sure I was happy. I would highly recommend anyone to go see them! Also Stacey and Doreen made the financing part go very smoothly. More
