Oh well this my experience in this place , i was there August 28 2023 for an oilchaged and when i was there i mentioned to them if they can look at my fender strip thats keep popping off so they did and August 28 2023 for an oilchaged and when i was there i mentioned to them if they can look at my fender strip thats keep popping off so they did and they said ya it needs a new parts and it under warranty i said oh thats good so that fella i was dealing with at that time he said i will let service know and when the parts are here were going to call you, i even said do you need a pictures so that you guys know what it is they oh thats fine....September 25 2023 i didnt hear any phone call so i call and asked about it , surprised the person i was talking he said there is no work order for it and i daid what you guys missed it for thta long wow..ok ao he put the order and he said it will here by second week of October 2023 again i didn't get any phone call i called again and it was November 1 2023 and i was talking to one of their manager Faran her name more apologize again lol so i said it needs to be done now and i demand a full detailing on the vehicles as well so they said it will take 6 hours to do all the job , well i asked around some body shop of how long to take o change that fender they said at least and hour, and i ask for other detailing places to detail vehicles they said at most 2 hrs....so shorly said and done bennette took them 7 hrs....and then they didn't even clean inside very good they missed but they said it took 7 hrs coz we have to clean it very good for you but they missed a lot of stuff and they said oh they run out of time what if you wash my vehicles for 5 hrs there shouldn't be an excuses that wasnt clean properly......and they phone back oh can you bring ur car back and we can express wash it for you and i said why express was you guys have is for outside only and its inside you guys didn't clean well.....wow i wasn't impress on their service from the beginning....
