I purchased a truck from the Bennett Dunlop Outlet. It was in terrific well-cared for shape. I had noticed (to me) a bit of a jiggle/bounce on low road imperfections. I took it into Bennett Dunlop serv It was in terrific well-cared for shape. I had noticed (to me) a bit of a jiggle/bounce on low road imperfections. I took it into Bennett Dunlop service as per my salesperson and the experience at Bennett Dunlop was yuck. I had the vehicle in the shop at least 3 times the first weeks after I bought it. My service advisor was Courtney. She was initially awesome to communicate with and provided constant updates about what work was being performed on the vehicle. Then scenario changed and parts recommended by Bennett were purchased and didn't solve issues but it was apparently my fault for ordering.... Faryn Boquist was just as bad. As a family we had purchased a number of vehicles from Bennett Dunlop but strayed and now I remember why - total xxxx customer service and warranty... Truck still jiggling and shaking. But can't afford to fix it. Bet Bennett Dunlop would find issues now that it is up to me to pay for repairs!! More
