That sounds cheesy but it's true. Originally I was dealing with another dealership but these two work hard in order to get my business. Often people feel they are stuck playing by the dealerships rules of vehicle buying but my experience was that these two were working FOR ME to seal the deal. They found me a great truck at a better price than the other guys and did so within my specific timelines which may have drove them crazy. When it came time to sign off on the paperwork Brayden had everything lined up and ready to go so that I could sign off on the paperwork and be off to my family commitments on time. Very efficient and informative. I also didn't feel pressured or like the finance person was trying to talk me in circles and up-sell me everything under the sun....like the other guys did. In the end my experience with Derrick and Brayden was an absolute pleasure. I feel I made a good purchase, the right purchase for me, and received a great price. I ordered a new F150 and during the 2 month weight while it was being built, they kept in touch and gave me timely updates as to what stage my truck was at. Again during these two months, I emailed both Derrick and the guys in accessories with more and more question. They didn't seem to mind at all and did everything they could to answer my questions as soon as possible. Derrick was on top of everything for my order and it couldn't of been handled any better. The guys from accessories (Mike, Justin, Art) answered all my questions about accesories and even sent me pictures of how stuff looked on there own trucks. Great customer service all around! More
