Great customer service I went in to the dealership wanting to downsize as I didn't need the big payments I had. great service, bad luck truck. have a great deal of respect for all the people who work at the dealership, and the techs are very knowledgeable. The problem is with the truck. you would figure that a two and a half year old truck with 31000 km on truck would be mechanically sound, not. front locking hubs, battery and water pump. go figure. like the truck, have money in it, short story bought 4 years more warranty, many $$$$$$$. can't afford new one. The techs work fast and do great work, this issue is not with them but ford company. shame for not keeping up your rep. More
