The service team let me know I needed new winter tires on my car rye day they were putting them on. They were also 2 seasons old so it was wierd that they would be bald. I spoke with Ryan & Sacha, they did some digging into the matter & in the end helped me out with the 2 new tires I needed. I was very much not expecting this but it is so appreciated!!! I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while. I had almost come to a deal at another dealership and thought I would check out what Bennett had to offer for a similar vehicle. Sacha and Steve were great. They were both extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. More importantly, there was no pressure. Other dealerships seem to push you and try to convince you that have to buy the first car you look at. There was none of that. Just great customer service. Dealing with Steve to finalize the deal was great. I had told him what the other dealership was willing to do for me and he beat them. I didn't have to try and play any games with him. The price he gave me was fair and no b/s involved. When I went back to pick up my car, Sacha took his time and went through all the features of the car again so that I knew how to work all the bells and whistles. Even gave me his number in case I had any questions. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from these two gentlemen! Keep it up! More

Excellent overall service Quint was my sales person and he made the whole purchase very enjoyable right from the start. Although he was busy with several customers, he interested in my purchase and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. He knew I had another appointment, so he did his very best to arrange for a test drive and to demonstrate the trucks options. When he thought I wasn't looking, I saw him actually running out to pick up the truck in the lot - that's service in my mind! When working out the details, Quint took me to Rob and stayed to help with the financing. Rob was excellent, going over all the details between a cash sale, financing and leasing. As we were working through the numbers, he didn't watch his clock but stayed past closing to make sure the deal was right. When Ken took over the leasing arrangements, he continued the excellent service working as a double check on all the numbers. All 3 were just excellent to work with, but in the end it was Quint who sold me on the truck! Thanks guys. More

My last purchase was a Focus so thought I would go bigger this time Had a great experience and love my Ford Edge. I have been dealing here since 1998. My last purchase was a Focus so thought I would go bigger this time. In the past we have had some very pushy sales people, but Derrick couldn't have been more accommodating. We test drove 3 other vehicles before deciding the on the Edge. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and steered us towards ones he recommended. This saved time and energy for us. There was a small dent in the passenger door which got repaired and we picked up the vehicle in pristine condition. He even ran to get floor mats and made sure we got manual. Now I look forward to getting an Iphone which he said he would be happy to set up for me. Thanks Derrick for even going to SGI with me to pick up my plates. You don't need a sales pitch, you are just nice to around while considering the needs of your customers. More
