Staffs are friendly and we liked their service but when we picked up the new car, we noticed that the car was not cleaned inside and it was dirty over the dashboard and and we liked their service but when we picked up the new car, we noticed that the car was not cleaned inside and it was dirty over the dashboard and also noticed some dirty on back seat and lastly they didn’t fill up gas tank. Which i feel strange. Rest everything is fine, so I beleive there is still room to improve their service. More

The 1978 Jeep Wagoneer you have in the showroom is fabulous. I bought one of those, a 1997, brand new. It was a fabulous car. It is too bad that won't make them anymore. I know they're supposed to be one, but it just will not be the same. My 2018 Jeep Wrangler is fabulous. John Azulay More

Horrible experience I did not like my experience at Bay King Chrysler. First the sales person kept trying to get me to put a deposit without telling me what the payments I did not like my experience at Bay King Chrysler. First the sales person kept trying to get me to put a deposit without telling me what the payments would be. I was told there was many options on the extended warranty I wanted and when I spoke with the person who does the warranty i was told no there is only one option for what i wanted. Then I added two accessories to the sale a bed mat and a tonneau cover. The bed may they ordered was for the wrong box type and I was told to cut it to fit. Then the installation of my tonneau cover was completely wrong, the brackets were misaligned, two drains are missing and the two installed are not the same and the bolt doesn't even go through the bolt hole. Also there are six spots that are supposed to be siliconed after the install is complete and there is no sign of any silicone put on my truck. I was made to drive from Toronto to Hamilton to prove to them that parts were missing off my truck because they insisted they wouldn't release the truck missing parts but they DID! I asked to be compensated for my time and gas after I proved them wrong and I've gotten nothing from them at this point, not even the parts so I can fix this horrible installation myself. I'm very unsatisfied and I'll never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I only went there in the first place because they were the only ones in Ontario that had the truck I wanted. Very unsatisfied!!! More

Purchase of Used Vehicle We dealt with Mike Afrasiabi at Bay King. We were looking for a car for our daughter and went to quite a few different dealerships before deciding to We dealt with Mike Afrasiabi at Bay King. We were looking for a car for our daughter and went to quite a few different dealerships before deciding to buy with Mike. At some of the other dealerships, when I told them my budget, they showed me cars that were "just over" my budget. Mike showed me vehicles that were in my price range and only directed me to the type of vehicle we were looking for. The certification still needed to be done and even though we had already agreed to buy the car, when the certification showed the brakes at only 42%, Bay King totally replaced them. Mike had noticed a small crack in the windshield (something we missed) and he made sure the windshield was also replaced. We were very pleased with our experience at Bay King. Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and when we said we were going to do some more looking around, he did not try any of those pressure tactics to get us to buy right away. More
