When Janelle from Bay King responded, she took a completely different approach that resonated with me. Even though I was just kicking tires at that point, Janelle took the time to answer all my questions and I quickly realized that her approach was exactly what I was looking for! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, great experience! We walked into the Bay View dealership and were immediately taken care of by Dan who was very kind caring and attentive to our needs. He listened to what were asking for and presented all pertinent information we required. He worked well to meet our needs and make sure we were 100% happy with what we were purchasing. Dan made sure things were presented to managers and financing in a timely fashion as we were on a tight time limit. I jokinlgy said I wanted to make a colour change when the deal was done and he kept a great sense of humor to my kidding. This was overall a great experience as we were on a very tight time limit of needing a new vehicle. Joclyn in financial was also very kind and presented all options in a professional manner.
