I had been purchasing Grand caravans for my last 4 vehicles beginning with the 2009 which I purchased from your dealership. The last 3 have been from Peel in Mississauga primarily because of price . This time I decided to check out a number of dealers, ( 5 in all ) including Bay King. Although the price at Peel and one other was marginally better, it was your sales rep, namely Nathan Stanley who I found to be most professional and helpful with all of my concerns. We finally settled on a new Pacifica which he had recommended and quite frankly everything he said made sense and without any undo pressure on his part. I am thrilled with the vehicle along with my experience in dealing with Nathan. He is truly a credit to your organization. I will recommend Bay King to all my friends. More
