Good experience with a great salesman I was lucky enough to pull into the lot with my wife and find a used 2103 Chrysler 200 that I was instantly Interested in. Mario Came out to greet us and asked if we had been helped....Once we started dealing with Mario we felt welcomed And comfortable. I ended up buying said Chrysler and was beyond happy with my experience with Mario and all The other members of the Bay King Chrysler team. From the Salesman to the Finance manager and then back to the service manger i had a great experience with them all. Oil leak I found an Oil leak on the output of the rear axle drive line, I phone the service center and they had the truck in for inspection the next week. Foun I found an Oil leak on the output of the rear axle drive line, I phone the service center and they had the truck in for inspection the next week. Found they needed some parts that where ordered, they contacted me in about 2 day to say the parts where in and when could they have the truck to fit they. More
My service experience I have thought long and hard about this review. After booking an appointment due to my engine light being on, and car looking it was overheating, and I have thought long and hard about this review. After booking an appointment due to my engine light being on, and car looking it was overheating, and change my oil, it took the service department 4.5 hours to diagnose and prepare an estimate for my problem. Oddly, they did the oil change and charged me for it along with the diagnosis. they did give me a discount on the oil change. But I am confused as to why they would do the oil change first when there was obviously a problem with the engine. Seems logical, that they would diagnose and then do oil change. So I had a long time to wait, and while I was looking at the new cars, no one came up to me to ask if I needed any help, even though I was looking in the car, walking around the new car, and reading the inclusions in the purchase price. Seemed very odd. Finally late in the day, a nice lady did come up to me and ask if I was interested. The only person I might add. Krystal was professional and attentive to my questions, even though after this long long wait, I was obviously very frustrated. More
