Incompetent - They washed my car after service and used what I think is engine decreased. The result was to remove the shiny finish from my clear bra, window chrome, and license plate cover. Ask me to bring it so their detailer can use a water spot remover, intended for black anodized finishes. Came in with a perfect car and will end up spending hundreds to fix their casual damage. AVOID!! More

Took my car in to have the starter replaced, got it back and the wipers no longer worked, I was told I need a new wiper motor. Took my car to a local mechanic and found that they had pinched a wire when th and the wipers no longer worked, I was told I need a new wiper motor. Took my car to a local mechanic and found that they had pinched a wire when they changed the starter, I had to pay the mechanic at another place to repair the damage done by the service department. As so many other people think, this dealership is very very poor when it comes to the service department. More
