1, This dealership will tell you not to come to take delivery of your car 2 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time. I got a call from a guy claiming to be the assist manager(either the sales manage delivery of your car 2 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time. I got a call from a guy claiming to be the assist manager(either the sales manager who signed my deal or my sales agent) who told me over the phone "do not come to pick up your car". The excuse he gave me was that the car was pre-ordered by someone else, but they were unable to reach him for a week. Now the original owner wants the car. This feel like BS to me, why can't you call me early? I signed everything and got approved by BMW Finance on a Friday. My delivery time was on the coming Monday. They had 3 full days to figure this out. I also asked the assist manager to compensate me, because I had everything ready like a bank draft, de-active my old car's insurance, and getting new insurance for the new car. The guy I talked to said he can’t compensate me, I told him can you check your manager, he said "I already checked" while he was standing right there talking to me... 2, They will try to upsell you without letting you know. When I was there to get my deposit back, they said there is another new car coming next week, but with more options. now I feel like they were trying to pressure selling the car to me saying get it before lux tax, and there were 3 people on the line wants the car, our manager said you got first to say if you want the car or not. so I signed the upcoming car. Later, when I was checking the upcoming car's options, I found out that this car is the same car the other sales agent(who no longer works there) showed me 3 months ago(I still have the spec sheet, they had the same VIN, I didn't like the car back then). The MSRP increased by $15'000!! I did some research, the MSRP means Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price so the price must be coming from BMW Canada. The GM from the dealership told me this is the trick of increasing car prices and it's a common practice in the car market. To me this is not correct, MSRP must be changed by BMW Canada not the dealership. I called BMW Canada and they said they did not increase MSRP for the car. I understand the car market is hot, and other dealerships increase car prices too, this is totally understandable, but I think you should at least let your customer know the price is increased instead of trying to trick them. This experience is at the cost of fees of bank draft, paying the car's insurance I never had. I'd suggest staying away from this dealership if you have other options. It appears to me the managers do not talk to each other, even to their sales agents. My sales agent was so surprised when I was there to pick up my deposit because he had no idea I didn't take delivery of the first car. This dealer was trying to take advantage of people. More

Buyer beware. Dealership has sold to go auto. Manager will not return deposit after I failed to be able to afford insurance and took it upon himself to use my Pers Dealership has sold to go auto. Manager will not return deposit after I failed to be able to afford insurance and took it upon himself to use my Personal Information and get online quotes using it. The sale can not proceed with out full coverage which is not affordable yet they still insist I take the car. I have been a long time BMW driver and lover but I would recommend staying away from this Go Auto owned dealer and going to a real BMW dealer More
Incompetent - They washed my car after service and used what I think is engine decreased. The result was to remove the shiny finish from my clear bra, window chrome, and license plate cover. Didn't seem to what I think is engine decreased. The result was to remove the shiny finish from my clear bra, window chrome, and license plate cover. Didn't seem to care, and their solution? Ask me to bring it so their detailer can use a water spot remover, intended for black anodized finishes. Came in with a perfect car and will end up spending hundreds to fix their casual damage. AVOID!! More
