Very unhappy.Arrived for a simple oil change this Very unhappy. Arrived for a simple oil change this morning a few mins before my 10am appointment time. Was told it would be an hour or so, fine, t Very unhappy. Arrived for a simple oil change this morning a few mins before my 10am appointment time. Was told it would be an hour or so, fine, that is fair. 11:30am comes around and no update on my vehicle or that there is a delay. Asked service desk about it and she said it would be a few more minutes. She asked if i wanted it washed, and I said no as I am now late as ive already been there long enough. 30 MINUTES later my vehicle was ready. I had previously had a service credit for a service I paid for that was supposed to be under warranty, the service desk lady didnt know where to look for it and asked if I had the paperwork for it. I would assume it be on the customer profile where they had all of my other info. I did not have time to wait longer as it had already been 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. So I paid $155 for an oil change and went out to my car. I got in the car and the steering wheel and shifter were filthy, my hands were black. I thought the touch points were supposed to be wiped down?? Guess not. So I spent two hours for an oil change to get overcharged and back into a vehicle with a greasy/dirty steering wheel and shifter. I know I declined the car wash but also didnt appreciate black hand prints on my door handle, especially on a white vehicle. I was considering trading in the Atlas for another, but if I do, I will not be returning to this dealership. More
