Awful experience with this dealership. Rude service advisor and large scratch left on my vehicle after service. General manager acknowledged scratch on car and said he would take care of it. Four year old Golf brought in for inspection on Monday told its fine. Friday of the same week transmission alert now needs $8,000 transmission??? A 4 year old vehicle needs a new transmission!!! Diagnost told its fine. Friday of the same week transmission alert now needs $8,000 transmission??? A 4 year old vehicle needs a new transmission!!! Diagnostics also indicate engine misfire and coolant problem. I've had 4 Volkswagen's obviously this will be the last volkswagon purchase. Clearly it's a piece of dangerous junk. More

Had an appointment booked two weeks in advance. Took a day off work and drove from an hour and a half away. Shop didn’t get to my vehicle that day and sent me home in a loaner. Next day phoned and said th day off work and drove from an hour and a half away. Shop didn’t get to my vehicle that day and sent me home in a loaner. Next day phoned and said the work wasn’t covered by warranty (faulty drainage is pouring water into the vehicle - it’s a year old). Dealership has now had my vehicle for over a week and no one will return my phone calls. Have called many times and left many messages with no answer. Woke up to glare ice this morning and had to drive my two toddlers to school in an unfit vehicle for the weather. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. Totally unacceptable. I hope someone reads this and I can finally get my car back. More
