Extreamly easy to talk to, also listened to what I was looking for and help me get into a new 2019 STI. With help from Steven in accounting. Who help me set my payments and extra protection packages. I was very impresed with the rubberized undercoat he recomend along with the 3M protection. A few days after my purchase I was washing new dust off and noticed some what looked like white spots on inside of my rally blue hood scoop. I couldn't seem to scrub them off and having the new car jitters I called down to Paul who directed me to the service department. I talked with Ginger who notified me I could drop by at Any Time for one of their detailers to have a look. I dropped by the following day talked with Ginger. Who after helping me answer some questions I had about certain trunk stored car batteries directed me to the manager Crispin Hudson. Crispin went directly to the car with myself to have a look. Figured it was overspray from buffing that had baked on and that they could take care of it no problem. I asked about possibly getting it in for an oil change even tho it was only at 900k. It was very busy in the shop, as I could see. I did just stop in with no real appointment and didn't truly need an oil change. Within an hour of me getting there my oil was changed and my Hood was fixed and they also look at my back passenger rotor witch had some grooves I had mentioned to Crispin. Barrie Subaru from the start of buying my car right through to the 1st service was an excellent experience. Iam more then happy with my new STI and the time I spent at Barrie Subaru. I would highly recommend to anyone. Go check them out, ask for Paul Santaera. You'll be happy you did! More
