Had an appointment for a tire swap, oil change and brake service for my outback as this vehicle is planned to be taking an adventure relatively soon to Northern Ontario. I arrrived on Thursday and had it c service for my outback as this vehicle is planned to be taking an adventure relatively soon to Northern Ontario. I arrrived on Thursday and had it checked in with Joe Edwards who was very personal, professional, and efficient, following thoroughly all the covid protocols. Joe called on Friday that his technician had noted a leaking right front CV axle and also found that the front right tie rod was loose. So I agreed to have the work done. It was fit in and out on time for Friday afternoon. (I had thought the oil leak that had been on my driveway was from another vehicle that had been parked in it over the winter) Thank goodness this was found!!!! Great Service I recently had work done on my Outback and was very pleased with the service and explanations. I work in sales myself and know the value of quick responses to clients and these three DELIVERED! They seem to respond all hours of the day (even on their time off) and were very professional to deal with. I was fairly late arriving one evening to test drive the car and Luke was very gracious about it and then when I picked up the car, and my whole family came along that day, and everyone was really great to them (even helped my sister out in a pinch!) They are evidently all very committed and enthusiastic about their jobs and made my purchase experience top notch! Will be loving my new Subaru Crosstrek for quite some time, but will certainly consider shopping at Barrie Subaru again in the future and won't hesitate to recommend this great team. More
