One of the Family Our visit to Subaru was supposed to take place at a later date but our search for a new car was expedited due to the fact that someone forgot that the Our visit to Subaru was supposed to take place at a later date but our search for a new car was expedited due to the fact that someone forgot that the BIG RED sign that says STOP means stop.......the car my wife was driving was total write off in an accident . We walked into Subaru and met Michelle.....from the get go it was a great experience......all of the discussions we had and the information that Michelle provided us was with a similar exchange that would take place across a kitchen table among family...relaxed, no pressure, comprehensible and no such thing a stupid question. Michelle was very up front about the increased popularity of Subaru vehicles and therefor resulting in a longer waiting time to have an order filled. We had a short period of time in between the coverage of our rental by insurance and the arrival of our Legacy.......that's when the call came from Michelle informing us that they have a loaner to bridge that short time. The day came when we picked up our new Legacy.....absolutely awesome we were told to give it a little time to let the engine break in and then we should see the type of fuel efficiency we will come to expect. Sure enough my next email back to Michelle ( who had checked in a couple of times by email to see how the new Legacy was) was one I couldn't wait to share.... following the engine break in period.I just had to tell her that I had gone through the 1000km mark with the current tank of gas.........yes 1000km...unreal......what was more unreal is that Michelle was just as excited as I was about this. The entire experience has been totally "textbook"...exactly the way it is supposed to be from a consumers perspective...........can not say enough...other than...... Thanks Michelle!!!!!!
