We were attracted to the brand by the safety ratings and depreciation. Michelle met us at the agreed time and we immediately felt at ease. She was very patient with us as she explained her vehicles. She was friendly and inspired confidence. There was no problem in arranging demonstration vehicles to drive. She was very thorough and accommodating. We had a vehicle to trade and Michelle and the dealership were transparent in their process and we were satisfied with the price that we received for our trade-in. We were unsure whether we should purchase a Forester or an Outback but ultimately chose the Outback. We were so pleased with the vehicle and the purchase experience that we decided to trade our other car for a Forester!
