Disappointing Experience Unfortunately this rating will not be positive. My experience with Barrie Chrysler to say the least has been disappointing. Within 5 minutes of driving my brand new vehicle off the lot I had issues with the air conditioning not working at all. Upon notifying the dealership of the issue the lack of customer service began. I was offered a free oil change for my compensation for the 2 trips I had to make back to the dealership, the loaner vehicle I receive that was of lesser value and full of tires, the time sitting and waiting while they tried to figure out the problem. Overall felt the customer service was very much lacking and that they really did not care about the matter. And the free oil change that was offered....the manager did not even know that I was already entitled to 2 years worth of free oil changes!! More

Ford truck repair Had some body work done after an accident. Wanted to go to Ford, but they don’t have a collision center. Same owner as the dodge dealer, so they sent me there. Work was just ok, they left a lot of scratches on my hood that weren’t there before. Probably from wiping broken glass off it and never really cleaned it up. When I picked it up a half xxx wash had been done but I was left to dig out lots of broken glass along the windshield etc. More

Service centre Took my vehicle in at 11 a.m. on Tuesday and didn't get it back until late Thursday. It was promised to be done at certain times 3 times and was constantly delayed. I don't think Terri is very knowledgeable or she is not getting cooperation fro service technicians. This happens every time I take my vehicle in for service. I think I will be looking for a different service centre. I've had with this one. More

Overcharged/poor communication/slow service I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for 30 years- with my family buying over 30 cars there- I will never take my Jeep there to be fixed ag I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for 30 years- with my family buying over 30 cars there- I will never take my Jeep there to be fixed again. The appointment was made and it took 3 days before it was assessed. They tried to charge me 5600. , telling me there was multiple thing wrong- brakes,pads, rotors, bearings when all of these items were replaced less than 6 months prior. When I told the girl I wanted to speak to the mechanic as I didn’t think that work was needed she put me on hold and told me there was an error in price and it magically became 1000. Less. I told them to stop, I was pulling it out to take it elsewhere and luckily I did as the only issue was a 340. Left wheel sensor. AND to top it off they still charged me over 350 for the diagnostic testing they completed which they probably never did at all- Never again for service and I will make sure I go else where for now on to purchase my next vehicle as well. More
