She went beyond the call of duty to show us various options including bringing vehicles to the sales building for us to look at to eliminate walking the lot in the extreme heat. Bless her heart. Appointment booked, took day off work, day of appointment I get the exa I was called BY THEM when my part came in to book an installation appointment. Appointment booked, took day off work, day of appointment I get the exact same call to book appointment. I told them I had an appointment booked today even took the day off work. Sorry Sir we don’t have that in our records. Made another appointment for different day to drop off my car. Was told they would have my car four days, they had it 8 days. Warranty work, I had no car for 8 days and they don’t offer you a loner. More
