Hard enough to find the time to go out of our way for something that is not our fault but then, when we arrive for the appointment at 9 AM this morning, we are told "sorry, we don't have the part - call next week!"...WHY DID NOBODY CALL TO CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT IF THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE?! Do you think we have nothing better to do? And if you do decide to purchase a vehicle, I do not suggest getting oil changes done at the dealership. Every appointment takes 1.5-2 hours for a simple oil change. The people at this dealership don't care about your time only your money. More

You know, he said customer's often get an oil change and decide to buy a new car, when they look around the showroom. Your a good salesman, I said,but my husband and I prefer the look of the 2013 Mazda 6. Well maybe we can help he said.We had bought a new 2013 Mazda 6 years ago, from a salesman named Hassein, at the same dealership, at the same sales desk.I told him our car had 177,ooo klm, on it. He said I,ll see what we have.He found the exact same car as the one we had, including another manual , in black, with 71,000 klm.,with added features, including sunroof, heated leather seats, fog lights, etc. We couldn,t believe our good luck, and traded our.s for a fair price, and made a deal, with an extended warranty, which was very important to us.We couldn,t be happier.
