Hard enough to find the time to go out of our way for something that is not our fault but then, when we arrive for the appointment at 9 AM this morning, we are told "sorry, we don't have the part - call next week!"...WHY DID NOBODY CALL TO CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT IF THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE?! Do you think we have nothing better to do? And if you do decide to purchase a vehicle, I do not suggest getting oil changes done at the dealership. Every appointment takes 1.5-2 hours for a simple oil change. The people at this dealership don't care about your time only your money. More
