Unexpected, fantastic visit at Bank St Mazda I went in to Bank St Mazda this past weekend with one sole purpose: to sell my Mazda CX5. I work from home, and found an SUV in the garage to be so wa I went in to Bank St Mazda this past weekend with one sole purpose: to sell my Mazda CX5. I work from home, and found an SUV in the garage to be so wasteful. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist (who's name I cannot remember!) and she immediately directed me to Hussein for help. While my car was being appraised, he asked me a few questions to see if there was anything else he could help with. I kept saying that I really did not need a car, but he kept digging until he found the root cause of me not wanting to purchase a car- I did not trust Mazda, due to a very bad experience from another dealership in the past. After spending some time with Hussein, I quickly felt comfortable and he seemed genuine and really interested in meeting my needs. He showed me a few used cars, but then quickly realized leasing would be a better option as I needed some cash flow (from the sale of my car). While he went to speak to the GM about a deal for my trade in and the lease of a new car, he had someone check in on me and bring me water. He came back with a big smile on his face, and said that I was going to like this deal. I was very skeptical, but as soon as he showed me the numbers, I was happy. With a few small adjustments to the offer, I was sold, and so was a brand new 2017 Mazda 3! Thank you again Hussein for your help (and patience!) with my purchase. AWESOME services and product !! I bought my first Mazda from Bank Street in 2006 and had excellent service back then so I decided to give them a try again. I called them in my search I bought my first Mazda from Bank Street in 2006 and had excellent service back then so I decided to give them a try again. I called them in my search for a specific vehicle model and color which I was hoping they would have in stock. To my surprise they only had one left ...yay for me. I dealt with Moe over the phone for most of the purchase but finally meet him yesterday when I picked up my new wheels (2016.5 Mazda CX5 GS). He was just as friendly and accommodating in person as he was on the phone. He was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to dealing with Bank Street in the future. More
