I found the customer service to not be very good. It felt like the dealership didn't really care about my business. Other employees offered their clients water right away, where ours didn't. When he finally like the dealership didn't really care about my business. Other employees offered their clients water right away, where ours didn't. When he finally did after an hour, he said, "Would you like some water?" And we said yes, he responded, "The cooler is right over there." So I ended up getting water for my husband and I. After purchasing the vehicle, we were told we would receive confirmation of our approval for financing in 2-3 business days. After a week, I hadn't heard anything and had to contact the dealership myself. Also, my husband faxed his transcript, as requested, and then the dealership had no record of it. I found there was no communication on the dealership's part to inform us of the status locating our vehicle, and that I had to iniate all conversations. The reason we bought our car was solely because of the 7 years 0% financing offer. More
We purchased our 2010 Mazda 5 and were so pleased with it, but we soon realized we needed a little bigger so we purchased a new 2013 CX 5 GS model and it has arrived. My father also purchased a 2012 Mazda it, but we soon realized we needed a little bigger so we purchased a new 2013 CX 5 GS model and it has arrived. My father also purchased a 2012 Mazda 2 and loves it. Our daughter and son-in-law purchased a 2012 CX 5 GS and are just loving it. The service has been great and we recommend Sean Curley to anyone... This dealer made me a great price on a new Mazda5, accepted my signed offer, took a deposit, and then decided the offer was not lucrative enough for them. They sat on this offer for three and a half accepted my signed offer, took a deposit, and then decided the offer was not lucrative enough for them. They sat on this offer for three and a half weeks, while inventory depleted, cliaming there were no vehicles to be had. The deal I had made with them was contingent on them finding me a vehicle. After that period of refusal to locate a vehicle, there were no vehicles left in the colour I wanted anywhere, they claimed there were none to be had in the country, and gave me back my deposit. I went to Hawkesbury Mazda, was well treated and they located me a vehicle. I have a signed piece of paper that insists there are no Mazda5 models I wanted available, signed by the sales manager from Bank street Mazda. Be aware that the only time you will get a vehicle from this dealer is if it is overpriced. More
Holly crap! These guys could not get their act together in fixing the used Mazda 3 that I purchased. Turns out that it was a lemon, so they tried to correct some of the issues. Repeated trips to their serv in fixing the used Mazda 3 that I purchased. Turns out that it was a lemon, so they tried to correct some of the issues. Repeated trips to their service center resulted in a variety of comedy sessions, ranging from: loosing my car keys; repairing some severe rust under warranty, but stopping just shy of the wheel wells, "because that area was not covered"; to repeatedly missing a faulty front steering knuckle until the warranty was up! Now that I've stopped going to them (warranty is over) their service department calls me every month to remind me that "scheduled maintenance is required to keep the warranty valid...". That's annoying as heck. I've also been placed on their "used car sales harassment list", as I keep getting calls from their bored salespeople, to let me know that "they see that I have a used Mazda and that I should come back and trade it in for a new one". Needless to say, I won't be headed back there ever! More
