The overall rating was good, I was treated with utmost respect as I but from them or leased in years past. I owned a 2010 Tribute and Mazda sent me a letter for there trade in event. In the letter from Mazda it says "We are offering a $1000 trade-in voucher (which they honored)and with your purchase or lease, every costumer receives a $250 credit towards a vehicle protection package, also says when you test drive a new Mazda today they will pay your gas to get there with a $20 dollar gift card" I did get all these deals. But the only thing that bothered me was, I had to ask to get the deals If I left there without asking about it I don't think I would have gotten the deals. Mazda should have right away after test driving said here is your $20 gas card and after buying we will send you a cheque for the $250, I don't think I should of had to ask about it.
