A couple of weeks ago, my parents bought a new Mazda 3 from Monika Horvath at Bank Street Mazda. This was the first time they have purchased a mazda, and were extremely pleased with their experience. I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 on Wednesday and actually almost bought 2 because the deals were soooo great!!! Ended up only getting 1 eventhough Moe was friendly, NOT pushy (I can't stand a pushy salesman!) and bought 2 because the deals were soooo great!!! Ended up only getting 1 eventhough Moe was friendly, NOT pushy (I can't stand a pushy salesman!) and very knowledgeable!! One of the first things we got to do was go for a test drive......COOL!! I know I made Moe earn his money, that's for sure...after getting him to try the payment this way and what about that way, and can I get this and what about that, etc... He answered ALL my questions, even when I thought they were silly and explained everything in detail. The BEST sales experience ever!! Special thanks also go out to Mike too; wouldn't have been able to buy the car without him!! Keep up the GREAT work guys!! More
I just bought a brand new 2012 MAZDA3 GS-SKY, 6 speed, color Graphite Mica, and I can not get enough of it. All I can say is Jared (William) :) is the MAN! YOU TOO MIKE! What a great place. My first car purchase was with Dilawri over 6yrs ago and unfortunately it was not a good experience, so I was hesistant to do deal with them again, however a friend told me she had a great buying experience unfortunately it was not a good experience, so I was hesistant to do deal with them again, however a friend told me she had a great buying experience so I decided to give them another shot. I'm glad I did! I had the pleasure of dealing with Fadi, he was personable, polite and honest. The second experience was a complete 180 and I would be extremely happy to do business with Fadi and Dilawri again. My wife and I each bought cars last week from Bank Street Mazda in Ottawa, Canada, and we received confirmation on two separate occasions that we could pick them up independently. Unfortunately for me, that Mazda in Ottawa, Canada, and we received confirmation on two separate occasions that we could pick them up independently. Unfortunately for me, that wasn't the case. While my wife went to Toronto, I went and picked up my car. After 45 minutes of waiting around in the showroom (and with everyone aware of my presence), I finally went into an office to sign papers only to be told 10 minutes later that both my wife and I had to pick up the cars at the same time. I waited another 10 minutes and had to complain twice to a manager in order to get someone to drive me home since I had no other means short of a cab (which they offered to pay for once someone finally made themselves available to drive me home - what timing). In fact, I had to stand in front of the manager's office to get their attention on two separate occasions. They were too busy selling cars and leaving existing customers in a lurch. My family has been buying cars from Bank Street Mazda in Ottawa for many years (probably 8 cars now) and unless something is done to remedy this situation, these will be our last two. I am enraged and disgusted by the unprofessionalism that cost me business tonight (and even that claim was challenged by the manager). How can leaving a customer standing around for that much time be acceptable practice in any organization? I look forward to hearing from Mazda on this. More
