Jared was attentive to my described needs and reasonable options. One complaint is the "Free Ipad" promotion, which is falsely advertised as what is actually offered is a cheque of a value somewhat equiv options. I originally went to a different dealership to buy a new 2012 Mazda 3. The guys there weren't very helpful (the sales rep didn't know much about the car or the Mazda Canada promotions), and I felt they were 2012 Mazda 3. I e-mailed Bank Street Mazda with what I was looking for and the price/options the other dealership offered me to see if Bank Street could beat it. I got a call back from Jared in about 10 minutes. He was able to beat their price right away. Further, he was very nice and helpful both on the phone and when I went to the dealership to meet him. The whole process from going in to buy the car to picking it up a few days later was all coordinated very smoothly by Jared. This was my first experience buying a car, but I felt comfortable with Bank Street Mazda and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership, and Jared especially. More
