Being my first time purchasing a new vehicle at Bank Street Mazda I wasn't sure what to expect. Moe quickly reasured me the Dealership was a class act by his tremedous client service and adaptability t Street Mazda I wasn't sure what to expect. Moe quickly reasured me the Dealership was a class act by his tremedous client service and adaptability to how we were going to proceed with the purchasing process. While I enjoyed giving him a hard time to secure the best deal possible, he took it in stride and went along with it. So much so we teamed up and tried it on one of the Sales Managers! My experience at Bank Street Mazda and dealing with Moe was truly an enjoyable experience... even if I was unable to obtain the I-Pad in my deal. Keep up the good work Moe! More

Upon approaching the entrance to the dealership, Fadi was outside and immediately greeted us. He carried a pleasant demeanour throughout the entire time we were there. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the salesperson. Further, he provided us with a very comprehensive test drive that informed us of all the features of the vehicle and clearly demonstrate salesperson. Further, he provided us with a very comprehensive test drive that informed us of all the features of the vehicle and clearly demonstrated the performance of the car.
