When we were handed over to the financing dept., it was close to closing time, we felt were rushed and not given any paperwork at the end of the purchase, because we were told they had run out of paper. The next day I had to chase down info. That I needed to give my insurance company to start coverage on my new vehicle for when I had to pick it up, and i was never offered a chance to get new plates either. We also purchased anti rust protection plan, which included oil changes. More
