I went in last week for an oil change and for what I thought was my 100k tune up. Not only did they forget to call me on my mobile phone as discussed (I ended up returning to the dealer ship after 1.5 h thought was my 100k tune up. Not only did they forget to call me on my mobile phone as discussed (I ended up returning to the dealer ship after 1.5 hours, then approaching the desk after noticing my car in the lot after another 30 minutes of waiting), but the description of my alleged tune up provided me with NO information AT ALL in regards to what was done to my car, and only listed the costs. To make matters worse, when I started my car, the clock and all of my radio stations had to be reset, and I noticed my brakes were not working as well as they were earlier that day. This problem only worsened as three days later, my brakes are now making a grinding metal on metal sound. Is is possible that a 100K tune up doesn't included someone checking something as important as my brakes? It's also VERY worrisome that this problem was only apparent after my tune up. What type of company is this? I am beyond troubled and disappointed, and I will never buy a car from dilawri again, or have my car serviced there once my warranty is over. This is an absolute nightmare. More

I was on my way to work and my check engine light was flashing so I pulled over and called Coverage One (sold thru Bank Street Mazda) who arranged for a tow to the dealer. They made a quick diagnosis and checked with Coverage One concerning the repair. All was covered less my deductible. Excellent communication, and efficient service. While I am not overly thrilled with the amount of maintenance this car has needed it in no way reflects on the dealer which has been excellent since the start in all facets. More
