I really regret that I have not had an opportunity to address this customer's concerns. We very rarely have such issues occur at our service department, but I readily admit that we do make mistakes from time to time. But when we do, we strive to correct the concerns and repair the relationship with the customer. We feel that this is a business built on healthy, trusting relationships with our customers and I would love the opportunity to correct the issues mentioned.
