I was in the market for a new car and wanted to trade in my 2005 Mazda 3,a car I loved driving. I wanted better gas mileage and was pleased to read about Mazda's Skyactiv technology. I did test drive the Hyundai Elantra and Subaru Impreza, but decided to buy a new 2012 Mazda 3 at Bank Street Mazda because they offered me the best trade value for my 05 Mazda 3. Sean Curley and Jayson Lucas made me feel that they wanted my business. I also believe the Mazda 3 offers the best overall package of cars in its class. The salesperson I dealt with was Fadi Aburuman and he was a key factor in my decision to buy at Bank St. Mazda. Fadi was respectful, honest and did everything he could to facilitate the process. When I picked up my new car, all was ready and went smoothly. Moe Sakkah, Bank St. Mazda's Business Manager, handled the financial side of things very efficiently. Before I left, Fadi made sure that I was comfortable with different aspects of my new Mazda 3 and took the time to show me around the dealership and to introduce me to people in the Service Department. Fadi even called the next day to see how I was enjoying my new car and to ask if I had any questions. Overall, a very positive experience! More

We just bought a Mazda 5 from Bank St Mazda. We had a very positive experience. We had shopped around a bit before coming here and had a price in mind. They were able to beat that price, but even better, were able to put together a lower priced package based on the options we were really interested in, instead of paying for a more expensve model with features that we didn't need (saved us almost $3000). Overall we were quite pleased with the service that was provided and happy with the deal on the car we got. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to enjoying the car! More
We went to the dealer to look at a CX-9 - our intent was to look for a used one however after meeting with Danny we ended up purchasing a brand new one instead. Danny was very personable and did not use any pressure tactics - he presented information to us to help guide us in our buying decision - he was able to make a strong case for buying new instead of used and he was able to provide us a great price that helped sway us in the decision. There were a few minor hiccups in the deal but Danny took personal ownership to resolve them to our satisfaction. In the end I am very happy with our decision to purchase and I would highly recommend Danny to friends and family. More
My experience with Jared was absolutely seamless. He was friendly and courteous. I did not feel pressured into making my purchase and I truly believe that he had my best interests in mind. He made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle a very enjoyable one. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended once he was out of the picture. A series of events occured that have soured my experience with Bank Street Mazda. 1. The vehicle was delivered a week later than expected (these things happen, I know, but it was still disappointing). 2. All of the paperwork had been made up for the original posession date and none of this was changed to reflect the new date. 3. The information on the paperwork prevented me from registering my car and I was required to return to the dealership to get new forms. 4. The "10 day" trip permit (which I was required to pay for myself) expired two days after I took posession of the vehicle. 5. I only discovered that the trip permit was expired 5 days after the fact. 6. When I complained that the 10 day permit I paid for only lasted 2 days, I was told that I'd been advised of this and that in the excitement of getting a new vehicle I must have failed to absorb the information. I was then told to pick up the new paperwork and go to a license bureau and get myself another trip permit. 7. Because none of the dates were changed, my first biweekly payment came out a week after taking posession of the car. Note that this is a week after giving them a deposit and a down payment. 8. The amount given as a deposit was not deducted from the down payment. Instead, they told me they would mail me a cheque in the amount of the deposit - minus the 15 dollars for the 2 day trip permit, of course. It really was a great experience prior to all of that. I can't stress enough that Jared was great. However, their finance department certainly doesn't appear to be skilled in the area of customer service. The lack of accountability and effort was a massive letdown. More
