Being a first time car buyer I had a wonderful experience! I can't say enough Good things about Mike Huckins-he was friendly, personal, funny and really made me feel comfortable with no pressure a experience! He answered every question I had in great detail, got us in a car and really helped to seal the deal. The Mazda is a great car! I also have nothing but good things to say about Kevin Yang-he really worked with me to get the best deal possible and told be exactly what I was getting and with each price how it fluctuated. If I could recommend everyone to that dealership I would and tell them to go talk to Mike-he is great and I hope our paths continue to cross. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I came into Bank street Mazda on November 2nd 2012 shopping for a car. My lease at Honda was coming to an end on Nov 30th. I was browsing to see what my options were and see if Mazda could buy out my shopping for a car. My lease at Honda was coming to an end on Nov 30th. I was browsing to see what my options were and see if Mazda could buy out my lease ($9900) so I didn't have to pay $3300 for so called damages (normal wear and tear) on the return of the Honda. I explained that to Hassan and told me that they'll see what they can do. After our test drive, he came back saying that Mazda would give me $8300 for my Honda. Perfect only in the hole $1600 instead of $3300. After they located my car (GS-Sky, Micah Blue, leather package, 6 speed) Moe had called me for the Payout papers from Honda. Once I sent them over he noticed that Honda put in a clause that only I the leaser could purchase the car. So after I would purchase the car, I would have to pay the taxes at the license bureau and bring it into Mazda. After all said I would have spend more then $3300 out of pocket. So the best bet was for Mazda to cut me a check to pay Honda. With the time restraints with the bank and my lease, they had to get me into a car as soon as possible. The only option was to purchase a car of the lot, the GS-Sky leather package that they had in stock only came in White, or Black and an SMG transmission, or a 6 speed with cloth interior. I didn't want cloth, so they said that if I chose the SMG transmission it would be at no charge, seeing they didn't have the car that I originally wanted. Within a day of phone calls between Moe, the bank, and Honda, everything was all said and done that Tuesday afternoon. Moe sent me an email that afternoon saying that my car would be ready for pickup Thursday at 3pm. Everything went smooth, they cut me a check for the taxes at the license bureau, they are sending me a check for my "repairs" at Honda, and a check for my deposit. When I went to pick up the car, it was basically here are your keys and here is your new car. I didn't have to pay for anything at pickup. Some dealerships will charge you taxes, freight, pdi etc at pick up which can be a few thousand dollars. Not here. It was a good experience and I will be back to purchase the winter tire package that they offered me at cost +10%. That's cheaper then Canadian tire!!! I will be recommending this dealership to other people. I think my sister's lease is coming up on her Honda. More

I was looking for a car under ten grand and Hassan showed me the used car lot and I didn't like anything. After a couple of days the dealership recieved a trade and the salesman called me right awat about th me the used car lot and I didn't like anything. My first car was mazda and since then i have been a big fan of mazda. Here i am ten years later upgrading to a m3. I shopped around before purchasing the car and i have to say that this dealer gave the bes fan of mazda. Here i am ten years later upgrading to a m3. I have always bought used vehicles during the passed so coming into the dealership I was scared to buy a brand new car.
