I was looking to a buy a car and i went to toyota honda and some other dealers but many friends recommended to go try maZada bank street and they were 100 % right i didnt expect that Speedy on processing and some other dealers but many friends recommended to go try maZada bank street and they were 100 % right i didnt expect that Speedy on processing and proffesionally on serving custemors with a good attitude i advice every one to try mazada bank st And ask for hassan I have 2 friends had troubles and still suffering from the cars they bought and also from the financing because they signed on contructs completly different on what they have been told ( hidden fees and wrong informations about the cars ) but on mazada bank st i never faced and problems no hidden fees no wrong informations and the finance manager is real friendly honest do prefect job And thank you moe sakka More

The reason I rated Hassan in all 5's because his service was amazing. He actually took the time to listen to what I wanted in a car considering the fact it was my first car. I went to serval different car dealerships and I found that I got the best service at mazda threw Hassan and as well as Moe the Finance Manager. The mazda is my first car so it was overwhelming for me but Hassan made the experience less stressful and made me excited for my new car :). I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 4 months. I rated Dupont and Dupont Ford in Gatineau very high and the same with Myers Chevrolet in Orleans. My experience at Bank Street Mazda was terrible. In my two good experiences, I worked with the sales person on his computer screen. I saw ALL the numbers and knew exactly what I paying. At Bank Street Mazda, they would only tell me the monthly payment. During our negotiations we were dealing with an 84 month term, but they couldn't meet my requested payment. Then Jared asked if I would mind if they increased my interest rate. He explained that if he did this, he could knock more off the purchase price and meet our payment request. So of course I agreed. It wasn't until I went in to sign the paperwork that I learned the payment plan was also increased by 12 months! I went to Bank Street Mazda to purchase a new Mazda 3 and a used SUV. We spoke on the phone about a Mazda Tribute, but after driving an hour to the dealer, I learned a mechanic had taken the Escape home with him so I couldn't look at it or drive it. Foolishly I agreed to purchase it anyway even though I hadn't seen it, nor did I know the price break down (I take responsibility here for being an idiot). When I called the next day to inquire about the condition of the tires and express my disappointment about being deceived about the payment term on the Mazda 3. Jared told me the tires were great and he was able to fix the Mazda3 term for me. So I drove back to the dealer to see nearly bald tires on the Tribute, and learn that by decreasing the term, the monthly payments were now way out of reach.... I was exhausted and agreed to purchase the Mazda 3 but passed on the Tribute. I then wrote a letter expressing my displeasure over these dealings to the manager Jason. He expressed extreme regret and said he would do what he could to make it up to. He had a Rav4 that might be perfect for me. When I went to check that out, it was the same deal. He told me nothing about the vehicle. He gave me the keys and told me where it was on the lot. And he told me how much the monthly payments would be. I had no idea anything about the vehicle and they couldn't explain how the 4WD worked. I didn't know what the asking price was, the selling price, how much I would get for my trade in.... I really loved the Rav4 and wanted it, but there was no way I was going to deal with this dealer any further. The customer service was terrible. They lied to me on 3 occasions and of the 7 vehicles I have purchased from dealers, this was by far my worst experience ever. I'll never go back there. More
