Overall I had a great experience. Jarred was not too pushy (which is perfect when car shopping - one needs time to research), yet he was always available to answer my questions via email. Had the pleasure of dealing with Hassan when I first went in looking for a car but wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. I'm glad I was able to take my time until Hassan found a car that met all my requi in looking for a car but wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. We came to Bank Street Dilawri because we were interested in purchasing a used Mazda 6. Apparently, when you're spending less than $15,000 the service you receive is dispicable at its best. We visited twic in purchasing a used Mazda 6. Apparently, when you're spending less than $15,000 the service you receive is dispicable at its best. We visited twice, and both times our sexist salesman offered me a drink, but never offered my fiancee or her sister anything, not even once. He also decided to test out the alarm on the car, which would have been lovely if our sleeping 6 month old wasn't in his stroller right beside the car. We decided, however, that we liked the car enough to ignore the incompetence of our salesperson. We are buying a car, not a person. In making the deal to purchase the car, we had a few concerns/stipulations. 1) fix the wipers, which did not work. 2) When taking the car to a high speed, it was evident that the heat shield was loose and rattling, so this needed to be fixed. 3) Change the brake pads - they were just old, and I wanted new ones in order to be satisfied with our offer. Our salesman ensured us that this would all be done (although I repeatedly told him to write it down, which he finally reluctantly did after telling him we had no deal unless this all was in writing. A few days later we came to pick up our car with the supposed work done. Of course, I tested the wiper - it wasn't working. Quickly the staff fix the problem. Then I realize that the brake pads haven't been fixed. Great. We make an appointment to fix this problem free of charge. Unfortunately, upon arrival of our scheduled appointment I find out from the other customers in the waiting room that everyone's appointment was scheduled at 10:00am. 8 people with the same appointment time. Naturally, the order was decided by how much money you were spending. My work was free. I spent 4.5 hours in Dilawri Mazda getting my brake pads changed. Of course, as a stay at home father I had my 6 month old with me and only had one bottle with me, as I was told that it would only be an hour. The last guy before me to get his work done? 4 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Needless to say, when I discovered that the heat shield work wasn't done either, I DID NOT BRING IT BACK TO DILAWRI, as it wasn't worth the time/headache. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. More

I was looking to a buy a car and i went to toyota honda and some other dealers but many friends recommended to go try maZada bank street and they were 100 % right i didnt expect that Speedy on processing and some other dealers but many friends recommended to go try maZada bank street and they were 100 % right i didnt expect that Speedy on processing and proffesionally on serving custemors with a good attitude i advice every one to try mazada bank st And ask for hassan I have 2 friends had troubles and still suffering from the cars they bought and also from the financing because they signed on contructs completly different on what they have been told ( hidden fees and wrong informations about the cars ) but on mazada bank st i never faced and problems no hidden fees no wrong informations and the finance manager is real friendly honest do prefect job And thank you moe sakka More
