I went into Bank Street Mazda just to browse and ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle. I was greeted by Jeff who showed me a particular model that I was interested in. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Moe Sobeh. He took time to listen and to really hear what you were saying. He was reassuring and made sure that you got connected to the right people at the dealership for the right reasons(Mike Webb and Jayson Lucas who were also excellent to deal with). He clearly enjoys what he does and cares about how you feel about your purchase and wants it to be a positive experience. He definitely gave the best overview of the features of my new car of anyone I have dealt with (even being able to explain how to set up the radio stations, normally beyond my meager comprehension!)I appreciated that he understood that car dealers like dentists somehow aren't seen in a positive light, but wanted to make sure that I felt that the whole process had been worthwhile. His sense of humour and thoughtful approach to putting the deal together made a difference.In the end what made me feel that dealing with Bank Street Mazda once again (as a customer I go back to the days of the first Proteges!) really was worthwhile came down to the fact that it is the people who make the difference and Moe Sobeh is someone who really does that. Without the relationship that Moe established I might well have gone elsewhere for my car purchase. Bank Street Mazda is fortunate to have someone like Moe on their sales staff. More

One night my husband and I were walking in the parking lot looking at used cars. We were not sure if we would buy a car at the moment. It just so happened Fady met us outside....chatted a bit and ended up lot looking at used cars. We were not sure if we would buy a car at the moment. As soon as I got out of my car at Bank Street Mazda I was greeted by Hassan out in the lot. He was friendly, professional, and what struck me was his positive, happy, charismatic personality. When I decided that I was interested in a particular vehicle I had the pleasure dealing with Fadi. He was patient, detailed oriented, and took the time to fully explain all my questions and concerns. He made the experience 'feel right' on deciding a new vehicle. Also, a huge appreciation to the business manager, Moe Sakka, who looked after everything from the financing to insurance. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly, and always available to answer any concerns. Before leaving the dealership Karim and Sean spent some time with me. Again, professional and friendly, both possessing fantastic qualities as individuals, let alone car dealers.
