Yes I have spoken with you and I also forgot to add that I was contacted on CHRISTMAS DAY by your automated system!!! I called and complained several days later and they said I was off the list. I was then contacted again less than two weeks later in which i was transfered to the service manager, you. I was assured i would be removed and I still have not been. My review remains the same and I will be taking this to the better business bureau as it is now a case of harassment. You need to remove me from every list and never contact me again.
