Not only did the car come dirty after I waited one week to pick it up, but they keep calling and harrassing me! They keep leaving service messages on my cell phone every two to three weeks. I don't even to pick it up, but they keep calling and harrassing me! They keep leaving service messages on my cell phone every two to three weeks. I don't even live in Ottawa!!! I've called back SIX times to be removed off the list and even spoke to the very rude service manager. Today, I spoke with a sales guy that said if the sales manager didn't do anything about it I am out of luck and if I want to complain to the better business bureau to go right ahead. He said he made a note in the system and that is all they can do. Horrible customer service! Do NOT buy a car from here unless you like to be harrassed constantly and treated like crap. I will never buy from Mazda again, they lost a customer with me! Even though my car has been good, the service at this dealer has turned me off Mazda completely. Avoid these people at all costs!!!! More
I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for the level of service provided by Zein through what turned out to be a not-so-straightforward transaction due to a mistake I made. He doesn't really respond to the unfortunate "typical" car dealer profile or stigma. I met him just yesterday when he greeted me at the door and he acted like what you would expect from an old and close friend from the get-go and all throughout my transaction. I strongly recommend Zein if you want friendly, honest, caring and patient service. My family and I are customers for life and definite advocates of him from now on. Great service deserves great reward and recognition and he truly provides it. More

Au niveau de l'achat, de mon véhicule j'ai reçu un excellent service. Depuis par contre, je déplore le manque de suivi ou de communication chez le concessionnaire. Il me manquait des items suite à l'achat, je suis retourné 4 fois pour finalement recevoir ces items. On devait me rejoindre pour fixer un rendez-vous pour le fillage (suite à la pose d'un attache-remorque). J'ai dû aller de l'avant car l'employé au service n'était pas au courant qu'il devait me téléphoner aussitôt le fillage disponible. Lors de ce rendez-vous pour la pose, j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises que l'on m'installe un protecteur pour le pare-choc arrière. Le protecteur n'a pas été installé. Je m'explique mal ce manque de suivi ou de communication, j'espère simplement que ce sera rectifié. More

At the end, the overall experience was great. We were introduced to M. Lucas which did not go very well (I did not include M. Lucas in the survey because it would lower the rate of service). But our salesman Danny Bond and Sean Curley sales manager did everything to help in making our experience a memorable one. However, when we signed and gave the deposit for the car we were told the car was going to be ready in few days, but it took much longer. Several reasons for the delay: weekend, employee off, Quebec safety, miss informed of the delay. But the team effort and consideration made a big difference. We left the dealership very happy with the service we received. I will recommend Danny Bond to my friends and family. Thank you Danny and Sean. More
