I've recently bought a Mazda 3 Sport and had a very pleasant experience with Sunny Chadha, my salesman. He truly helped me a lot in my buying decision, answered in details all of my questions, and prepared the car till my satisfaction. Someone in car forums wrote that salesmen were very nice, but only before you made a deposit. This is not true. Sunny has proved that a hard-working car salesman can make the car purchase a very pleased and positive experience. I'd recommend Sunny to anybody who wants to buy a new Mazda. More

We road tested four cars before settling on the 2013 Mazda 3 Sport SkyActiv. Out of the two Mazda dealerships we visited in Ottawa, Bank Street Mazda won hands down. Zein Jolan was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable even after we've concluded the deal. Our experience with Sean and Kirk Cameron was also very good. Since we've been shopping for a while and used Internet sites like Unhaggle, we more or less know the market price. Bank Street Mazda was very good in giving us a decent deal as well as a good enough price for our traded-in Nissan. Upon delivery, our car was exactly as we wanted. The only criticism would be that the financing person (Micheal?) was a bit rushed. In all, we are very satisfied with Bank Street Mazda and will recommend them to our families, friends and colleagues. Hopefully, the service department will be as good. More

Sunny was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the product (Mazda 3). I understand that dealerships may encounter many "just looking" or "browse to kill time" type of folks, but it's quite unfortunate for them to have put me in this category as they lost a sale. When I walked into Mazda, Sunny greeted me and asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for. He then right away offered for me to take a test drive before we got down to crunching numbers. Made sense - after a test drive, I may have hated the vehicle!! In this case, I loved it! In addition to loving my new Mazda 3, the service was inpeccable! I would definitely recommend Bank Street Mazda (and to deal with Sunny) to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

David Malloch is very personable and helpful. He took the time to explain all the features of the car. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. We tried a text driving on a cx-5. When I pointed that the car is too big for me he showed me some other options.
