We just bought a 2011 Mazda6 from Bank Street Mazda. The service from Irina at reception was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Jordan was the main sales representative we dealt with and we very much liked his approach to sales. There was no pressure, he had the answers to our questions and he was very helpful in showing us the features of the car and how they worked, e.g., bluetooth. If we buy another car at Bank Street Mazda we will definitely ask that Jordan be our sales rep. Kevin in finance was very helpful as well. We were especially appreciative of his efforts to process the financing and administrative paperwork in an expeditious manner. We had a tight timeline and he met it. My wife and I were shopping around so we could compare car prices. Mazda was not even on the list of dealer that we first thought about, but because it was next to the last one we visited, we decided to g car prices. Once I made a decision, Michael Webb worked quickly and effeciently to work out my financing and made himself available after I left the dealership to answer my questions and worked directly with my insurance broker to have everything ready for me upon pickup.
