This was my first experience buying a new car, and I was a little nervous. I was only going to look, but walked out with a brand new Mazda 3 that day. He took me for a nice long test drive to experience all of the cars features. I got more than I wanted for less than I thought. I will definitely come back to see Jason for my next purchase. We appreciated very much Jordan's non invasive approach allowing us to ask questions while he was explaining different aspects of the vehicle(s). Jordan was very patient and extremely knowledgeable prior to both test drives and during both test drives. During the deal process Jordan offered us time to speak privately without us even having to ask! At no time did he ever push us into making a decision. Jordan was extremely respectful of allowing us time to make the right decision. We can honestly say that it was because of Jordan that we purchased our new Mazda 3 sport! The salesman Jeff O'Brien was polite and I did not feel pressured. Sean was a little more intense (not aggressive) about getting the deal done. I left feeling that I was not pushed into deal and that I received a fair trade-in offer. My new vehicle was ready when promised. Finance (loan) manager was efficient and polite. I look forward to receiving continued care for my new car with the Bank Street Mazda Service Dept. The courteous lounge is comfortable and clean if you decide to wait while service is completed. I just picked up my new Mazda today! I was very happy with my experience at Bank Street Mazda. This being my first new car purchase, I had done my homework online and through friends, but I was very disa with my experience at Bank Street Mazda. This being my first new car purchase, I had done my homework online and through friends, but I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by one of the salesmen at another local dealership that I visited first. Upon arriving at Bank Street Mazda, I was greeted warmly (even though I had interrupted a free lunch celebration event for their staff) and treated like a valued customer throughout my time there. Moe #1 (Sobeh--sales) and Moe #2 (Sakka--finance) were lovely to deal with. My car was delivered within the time expected, there were no attempts to fleece me or force me into buying "extras," I got a fair deal on my trade-in, and the overall experience was pleasant.
