We went into the Bank Street Mazda dealership with the intent to quickly (within the week) purchase a vehicle. We had not yet settled on the CX-5 but it was the lead contender. Moe Sobeh was very helpful intent to quickly (within the week) purchase a vehicle. We had not yet settled on the CX-5 but it was the lead contender. Moe Sobeh was very helpful both at the dealership and over the phone. He was always happy to talk with us and returned our calls promptly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and show us the 'not so obvious' features of the vehicle which was very helpful. He was frank about the numbers and was willing to find the middle ground with us without us feeling any pressure to 'seal the deal'. In the end, we were able to get all of the extra accessories that we wanted and we were quite happy with the final monthly payment total. When we went in to pick up our new CX-5, he took the time to give us a detailed tour of our new car and explained how the dealership servicing department worked should we choose to get our servicing done there. Overall, our experience at this dealership and with Moe Sobeh was a great success. The level of service was definitely better than the other 5 other dealerships that we visited. We would not hesitate to recommend both the dealership and Moe to anyone. More
