We purchased a Mazda CX5 in July 2013. Kevin Spears took us out for a test drive and explained in great detail all the features of our new vehicle. After we signed the contract with the financial specialis us out for a test drive and explained in great detail all the features of our new vehicle. After we signed the contract with the financial specialist, we discovered later that day that there were some discrepancies. Kevin Spears had promised that the winter and cargo mats would be included at no cost but we had been charged for them. There was another option that we had not negotiated with the financial specialist (tire and rim coverage) but we were being charged for that as well. Trying to resolve these issues with the financial specialist proved to be a difficult and stressful experience. When Kevin Spears learned about the discrepancies, he and the financial specialist brought them to the attention of management and resolved them to our complete satisfaction. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services provided by Kevin Spears. What I appreciated the most was that when he learned about our concerns, he quickly acknowledged that an error had been made and proceeded to correct the situation without arguments. I recently purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 Sport GS-Sky and wanted a couple of the upgrade packages with it. Given that it was at the end of the 2013 season, it was becoming difficult to find the exact car in wanted a couple of the upgrade packages with it. Given that it was at the end of the 2013 season, it was becoming difficult to find the exact car in the desired color, but the dealer believed they had one. Turned out that there was a delay in the update of the database and the dealer called me the next day to let me know the car was no longer available. Moe Sobeh, our sales person, told me that he believed he could find the exact same car but in a different color. We agreed and within one day Moe was able to secure the vehicle and had it delivered to Bank Street Mazda. On the same day it was delivered, Moe had the car prep'ed and we were able to pick it up that same evening. We were very appreciative of how diligently Moe and the rest of the Bank Street team worked in getting us the car we wanted! We appreciate the efforts and we love driving the car. More
