I visited to have snow tires installed on my 2005 Mazda6. Waiting, I wandered the showroom and met Sunny Chadha. After some small talk, he offered to look at possible deals on a Mazda3 GS Sky. I had owned a 2004 Mazda3 Sport and had traded it last year - a great car. I had figured the Mazda6 would need replacing next year as maintenance costs were going to climb (156K) and there was some evidence of a rust spot. Long story short - the deal he arranged including the Mazda6 as a trade was about $6K lower than I had worked out previously. The man is smart, friendly, knowledgeable and not overpowering with a hard sell. I now have my fourth Mazda from this dealer since 2004 and I'll continue to have all my service done there. My wife and I came in to look at the 2014 Mazda 6 GS. Zein was the first to help, as I sent an email into the dealership with some questions. My wife and I started to work a deal out with Zein and that is when he brought Sean in. Sean had helped me in the past when I purchased my first Mazda from Bank St. Sean was great and was able to help us get what we wanted in the car and assisted in prepping us for winter. We only waited a week and a couple of days to get the car as they did not have the color we wanted in stock. We had no issues with waiting and we are now happily driving our new Mazda 6. More
Sunny was great. As a new mom of a 6 month old, I didn't have the time to buy a car. I found the car I wanted on auto trader and called the dealership. Not only was he great to deal with in person (When i was waiting in the lobby I heard many pushy sales men I was glad I wasn't dealing with.), he did much of the work for my while I was at home. He gave me his cell and we texted the details of the deal before I even came in. That way when I walked in the door, Baby in tow, there was no song and dance, just a quick test drive and right down to business. If you are thinking of getting a car from bank st mazda, call and ask for Sunny by name. I got lucky and got him randomly. I'm not sure I would be driving my new car today if I had got someone else. I was so disappointed by almost everything that happened while dealing with Imad at Bank Street Mazda. I should have trusted my friends and colleagues who warned me not to deal with this dealership. while dealing with Imad at Bank Street Mazda. Imad is a friendly enough person; however, I found that he was not knowledgeable about products, services and trim levels. Knowing that I was a first time Mazda owner, he did not go out of his way to explain anything in terms of the car. Moreover, he knowingly mislead me by stating that the car I would be purchasing would have satellite radio installed; this was not the case. When I had asked to see my car, before I bought it, he refused to do so and showed me two cars that were not the trim level I had selected but he professed that my car would be the same "without the moonroof". Once again, this was not the case as many of the features of those cars were not in my trim level. Stay away not only from this sales rep, but also from Bank Street Mazda! More

Spent some time researching online ahead of time (Consumers Reports, etc), so had a good idea of what cars were on the short list. Sunny is an exceptionally patient Sales consultant, who was knowled (Consumers Reports, etc), so had a good idea of what cars were on the short list. Sunny is an exceptionally patient Sales consultant, who was knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable with our vehicle choice. Jason and Sunny worked well together in getting us a good deal on a clearance 2013 model, which kept us from wasting time even looking at other brands or dealers. The car had a technical glitch which delayed a successful initial delivery, but these things sometimes happen right out of the factory, and Brian, Marcel, and the servicing team were professional and pleasant throughout - a good introduction to the servicing group. No worries, Sean worked closely with Sunny to ensure we had a satisfactory resolution. In short, while we were delayed from our initial delivery date, there's no regrets, as it's by seeing how a dealership responds to unusual circumstances that you learn if there's a true commitment to customer satisfaction, and we're happy to report that Bank Street Mazda impressed us with their friendly attitude and professionalism. With thanks to all, we look forward to many years with our new Mazda. More
