Ivan the Great was the lead (excuse the pun), Kevin was most professional and very thorough in explaining the financing and extended warrantee options, and Irena was kind enough to present the vehicle to us as Ivan was otherwise engaged (some license plate attachment situation that needed to be resolved to that customers satisfaction). When we left we knew we got a fair deal - a deal that left a few dollars on the table, from both of us. A deal that was fair to both. A win-win. I have a tendency to drive a hard bargain because, in the end, it does not matter (to me) if we buy in Cornwall, Ottawa, Hawkesbury, or (heaven forbid) the Center of the Universe (some call that TO). At one point we were close to $2000 apart (we had a trade-in as well). Ivan narrowed that in a most professional way. I am not sure if Ivan, and your team is familiar with Fisher and Uri's "Getting to Yes". If not you may want to read it - if you have read it ...... it shows. Ivan was never a hard sales type. If he was, in any way, we would have walked. I blindly contacted Ivan last Fri. by e-mail - he responded promptly. The next day we all met. When we left we had purchased an SUV. My main praise is directed towards Ivan, not that Kevin & Irena were not great, because they were. Ivan was our main contact and he delivered (and took the most abuse from me). He was our 1st and last contact and he was very easy to deal with. He has a great sense of humour, and my gut told us we can trust him. I trust my gut. Ivan is a credit to your well run company - perhaps, in part, this explains your success. More
I visited to have snow tires installed on my 2005 Mazda6. Waiting, I wandered the showroom and met Sunny Chadha. After some small talk, he offered to look at possible deals on a Mazda3 GS Sky. I had owned a 2004 Mazda3 Sport and had traded it last year - a great car. I had figured the Mazda6 would need replacing next year as maintenance costs were going to climb (156K) and there was some evidence of a rust spot. Long story short - the deal he arranged including the Mazda6 as a trade was about $6K lower than I had worked out previously. The man is smart, friendly, knowledgeable and not overpowering with a hard sell. I now have my fourth Mazda from this dealer since 2004 and I'll continue to have all my service done there. The "why" - no pressure tactics, well informed staff, efficient process and quality service. More

My wife and I came in to look at the 2014 Mazda 6 GS. Zein was the first to help, as I sent an email into the dealership with some questions. Zein was very helpful over the internet, on the phone and in person. He showed us the car that we were most interested in and we took out for a test drive. My wife and I started to work a deal out with Zein and that is when he brought Sean in. Sean had helped me in the past when I purchased my first Mazda from Bank St. Sean was great and was able to help us get what we wanted in the car and assisted in prepping us for winter. We only waited a week and a couple of days to get the car as they did not have the color we wanted in stock. We had no issues with waiting and we are now happily driving our new Mazda 6. More

Sunny was great. As a new mom of a 6 month old, I didn't have the time to buy a car. I found the car I wanted on auto trader and called the dealership. Not only was he great to deal with in person (When i was waiting in the lobby I heard many pushy sales men I was glad I wasn't dealing with.), he did much of the work for my while I was at home. He gave me his cell and we texted the details of the deal before I even came in. That way when I walked in the door, Baby in tow, there was no song and dance, just a quick test drive and right down to business. If you are thinking of getting a car from bank st mazda, call and ask for Sunny by name. I got lucky and got him randomly. I'm not sure I would be driving my new car today if I had got someone else. I was so disappointed by almost everything that happened while dealing with Imad at Bank Street Mazda. I should have trusted my friends and colleagues who warned me not to deal with this dealership. while dealing with Imad at Bank Street Mazda. Imad is a friendly enough person; however, I found that he was not knowledgeable about products, services and trim levels. Knowing that I was a first time Mazda owner, he did not go out of his way to explain anything in terms of the car. Moreover, he knowingly mislead me by stating that the car I would be purchasing would have satellite radio installed; this was not the case. When I had asked to see my car, before I bought it, he refused to do so and showed me two cars that were not the trim level I had selected but he professed that my car would be the same "without the moonroof". Once again, this was not the case as many of the features of those cars were not in my trim level. Stay away not only from this sales rep, but also from Bank Street Mazda! More
