Overall, I found that Kevin was very knowledgeable, and got me the best possible deal for my trade-in. The only reason this review doesn't get 5/5 "Great" ratings is because the online vehicle descriptions for both of the two vehicles I wanted to test drive were inaccurate. One listed as an automatic, but was manual, which I have never been successful learning how to drive, and the other was listed as a sedan but was a hatchback. The second, which I chose to purchase, was obviously a hatchback thanks to the pictures, and this body style is what I was looking for, unfortunately the rest of the details and specs for the vehicle were also tied to the sedan model, so some of the features I had hoped for, which were listed on the ad were not available in the actual car. Having said that, I am extremely happy with my purchase, and would recommend Bank Street Mazda and Kevin Spears to any friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

He gave us various options that helped created trust and confidence in him. There was a problem with some work that we had done to the vehicle but the dealership accepted full responsibility, fixed it immediately, and provided compensation for the inconvenience. Here I was greated by Imad, an extremely friendly, and enthusiastic person. He provided great customer service, and was very patient with me even though I was quite indecisive about my purchase. He provided all the information I needed to make my decision as easy and comfortable as possible and made me feel quite excited about my new car. Employees like him, the service received from Mazda, the friendly environment and of course the car itself is a reason why I'm loyal to Bank Street Mazda. Unlike other sales people we have dealt with Imad listened to what we told him about the car we wanted to buy. I had quite a good experience buying the used car. He has been there since my original purchase of a Mazda back in 2003 - I recognized him. He is a great asset to the company as he is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Given that I bought an extended warantee and need to thus return to the dealship for service, this gave me confidence in the service I could expect. i had to buy a car quickly and maybe didn't get what would be my ultimate choice (i miss myu sunroof from my previous car) but given that, I am happy with the service I have had so far. My first dealings with Bank Street Mazda were just before Christmas and Sunny was a pleasure to deal with - a sales person who took the time to listen and help with no "high pressure" stuff! Both Marcel and Brain did not try to sugar coat the problems with the car when the service work preformed did not solve the problem. It is reassuring to be able to deal with straight forward advice from the service department! Because of the problems with this car Sunny was able to arrange for a very fair trade in so that I did not loose too much money as well as a great deal on a new car. When I am next in the market for a car I hope I can get Sunny to help me with the purchase, he is a pleasure to deal with and could not be more helpful! Kevin was also very helpful explaining the optional 'extras', etc., for the new car. My overall experience with this dealership has been excellent. Friendly, helpful and honest people!
