My fiancee and I bought a 2014 CX-5 from Bank Street Mazda around 6 months ago. The buying experience was great and we left a great review for it. However, we recently got unlucky and woke up one mornin Mazda around 6 months ago. The buying experience was great and we left a great review for it. However, we recently got unlucky and woke up one morning with a massive crack in the windshield. We thought it could have been a stress fracture but it turned out it to be impact (probably a rock). We had plans on getting a car starter (expensive because of push start), our 24K maintenance (we're at 22K) and our oil change was also due. Since we now needed to change the windshield, we stopped by the dealership to see if there was anything they could do to help us out by getting everything done at the same time. Unfortunately the only sales manager at the office that day was Jayson. He was friendly that day and made a lot of empty promises. He told us to book the service appointment and then give him a call and he could work things out. I made the appointment, and for the next 3 days called and left messages that were never returned. I finally got a hold of him by calling another sales manager who went out to find him and got him on the phone. I told him the appointment was booked and that I was calling as we discussed. He told me he would have to make a phone call and that he would call me back with a response. Which he never did. I showed up to my appointment and got the basic oil change and the new windshield replaced but told them not to bother with the car starter and the 24K maintenance. We are now strongly considering changing dealership moving forward. Again, the initial buying experience was great and we are extremely happy with our purchase. But after spending all this money on a new car and getting treated this way, I'm very hesitant in going back to this dealership. More

After coming to see Jayson I realised I was very wrong. I got an aboslutely incredible deal on a brand new Mazda 3, a fantastic offer on my trade-in and couldn't be happier. Jayson was extremely up front, honest, helpful and answered all questions I had, of which there were many. Kevin took me on several test drives and was very knowledgeable, patient and easy going. I visited several other dealerships after Bank Street Mazda and immediately went back to see Jayson and Kevin afterwards as the difference in both price and how I was treated were startling. Jayson and Kevin took all the games out of car buying and just told me what the deal was right away. Bottom line is that I saved a lot of time and money by coming to see Jayson and Kevin at Bank Street Mazda and it was a very pleasant experience. If you are looking to buy a car and you don't come see Jayson, you're making a bad decision. More

We started at this dealership on a recommendation from a co-worker and we walked in a met with Kevin Spears within 5 minutes. Kevin took the time to hear what we were looking for and what Mazda product we had in mind, which was the Mazda 5. Kevin did a great job showing us the Mazda and highlighting the features that would be beneficial for us. He also took the time to show us the reviews on the Mazda 5 and talked about it's performance ratings. At no point did myself or my wife feel pressured into the sale we felt we were given the right amount of information to make a informed decision. From there we made appointment to have our trade in vehicle evaluated and Kevin put together a great deal for us to purchase the Mazda 5. I asked for some additional options and on closing all these options were in place. Kevin walked me through my new vehicle's features again and made sure I was comfortable operating them before leaving the dealership. Overall this was great experience at a dealership and I congratulate Kevin on his ability to make this deal and making my experience with Mazda a great one. Also would like to thank Moe Sakka for setting up my financing. He did a wonderful job and keeping informed and answering any questions I had, well done! I was in desperate need to purchase a "new" or "new used" car as I had started a new job that requires me to travel quite often or "New Used" Mazda. I was in desperate need to purchase a "new" or "new used" car as I had started a new job that requires me to travel quite often and living in the country and not having a car was not realistic or possible to do so without the avalability or convenience of a great quality car. It was my first big purchase for a car, and Imad took the time to help me figure out what was in my range of affordability. He was extremely motivated, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all of my questions to help find a car that best suited me.
