You would need to have a recorder when dealing with Kevin and probably a couple of witnesses too. He will lie to you and insult you and think nothing of it. His manner was increadibly un-porfessional and when I pointed out that I had in fact referred another person to the dealership who actually purshased a new car, his response was, "yeah but we didn't make any profit from that sale, in fact we made a loss so it was a bad referral". And this was the positive experience I've had, lol! More

Imad Khaddaj was friendly and approachable from the start. I was first looking at a new CX5, so he worked out a payment schedule and we found out it was more than I wanted to pay in any case, so he gav start. I was first looking at a new CX5, so he worked out a payment schedule and we found out it was more than I wanted to pay in any case, so he gave me his card. The next day I was looking online for something similar in a used vehicle and Bank St. Mazda had a used Mitsu RVR, so I called Imad back and booked a test drive. Imad was knowledgeable about the car, took the time to have it cleaned and ready for the test drive, and worked out the numbers to get to the deal I wanted. He even agreed to a second test drive later in the day with my husband along so he could see it too. I decided to buy the RVR and Imad capably put the offer together and verified with the sales manager that the extras I asked for were approved. On the day we picked it up, Imad had the car ready to go and glistening clean. Imad had taken the extra step to insist a new battery was installed, after it had needed a boost earlier that day, to make sure I had no problems--much appreciated! Imad and Moe made the paperwork easy and all was in order. Imad put $25 gas in and even gave me his cell number, and was patient when I used it when the warning lights started flashing about tire pressure on the way home, but he was right, all was well and was only the newly installed winter tires. Imad had also remembered that we asked him to keep an eye out for a car for our son, who is also looking, and he had a used Mazda 3 to show us when we picked up the RVR.
