On one Saturday morning after my night shift I decided enough is enough with the odd part going on my old vehicle which still runs quite well but now its my little brothers because I work too much to play enough is enough with the odd part going on my old vehicle which still runs quite well but now its my little brothers because I work too much to play Mr mechanic. I walked into Bank street Mazda meeting Mr Zein Jolan with a couple cars I had in mind and I really wanted the Mazda 3 since 2009 but I thinking what's the best deal because this was going to be my very first brand new car fresh out of the box that I was going to purchase. Zein was very friendly and up front and he showed me his great customer service and quality of work no matter what. I had a hard time deciding so I waited about a week and Zein gave me a shout saying he had a great deal for a 2013 Mazda 3 sky active for me and at this point I said I'm on for this deal. I came back to Bank Street Mazda the next day and I signed on for such an awesome car and a great deal by Mr Zein Jolan. More
We were very impressed with the service Zain Jolan provided us. First of all, he showed a passion for your products and had a great knowledge of the car we wanted. We also enjoyed his positive attitude and enthusiasm. This allowed him to fully understand our needs and quickly build a rapport with us. Moreover, we truly appreciated the fact that he never pressured us in any way but was always at our disposal whenever we had questions. But most of all, he put us at ease during the negotiations and, contrary to other salesperson with whom we dealt in the past, remained outgoing and friendly at all times. In short, buying a car at Dilawri Bank Street Mazda was a positive experience, mainly due to Zain. He made a positive impression on us and, as a result, we will likely want to deal with him again should we ever decide to buy another Mazda in the future. More
Picked up my new Mazda today! The overall experience was very good. Zein Jolan was my sales consultant. Zein was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was never the " the pushy salesman" like you get at s very good. Zein Jolan was my sales consultant. Zein was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was never the " the pushy salesman" like you get at some dealerships. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and explained everything in a sincere way. The test drive was awesome and long enough to really get the feel of the car. The staff from sales to the finance department are pleasant to deal with and make you feel at ease. I would recommend this dealership. By the way, love the car Zoom zoom More
This was the best customer service we ever received. Mr. Khaddaj went "way out of his way" to find the best fit for us. He looked after our needs rather than focusing of making the most money possible, and Khaddaj went "way out of his way" to find the best fit for us. He looked after our needs rather than focusing of making the most money possible, and explained everything very clear, both regarding car's functionality, and how to decide what is best for us. We already had a 4-year old Mazda-6 and went without having strong intention the get a new car; we were just planning to 'look around". Yet, his effort and excellent offer he produced, gave us no choice but to leave with a new MX-5! That says ALL! Our thanks to Mr. Khaddaj and the Bank Street Mazda. Yanni, Maria and Dimitri M. More

After my cell phone was smashed two weeks ago, a few days later my son broke his foot, which was followed a day or so later by our 2008 Hyundai Elantra (with a notably high 244,000 km on the poor dear) dying later my son broke his foot, which was followed a day or so later by our 2008 Hyundai Elantra (with a notably high 244,000 km on the poor dear) dying at the busy intersection of Somerset and Bronson at rush hour... and a week and a half later we were set to take a trip to Boston. Ack! Craptastically worst week and a half ever! So, we must have been dripping with desperation as we entered the dealerships this past Saturday. We had planned to go to Kia, then Mazda, then Hyundai all within close proximity of each other (since we had to take the bus to get there). We were greeted kindly by the folks at Kia, and the guy who helped us was nice but a bit patronizing and called me "sweetheart" (which as a 37 year old professional, made me cringe). I was also not wowed by the vehicle but we considered it enough to take the brochure and went over to Mazda. Considering that the dealerships have the same owner, there were a lot of similarities (both offered beverages in styrofoam cups and had people ready to greet us as soon as we walked in the door), but the Mazda dealership seemed a bit more energized. And, we loved Sunny. Before arriving, I was pretty sure we'd end up with another Elantra since we liked the one we had before (until, of course, it died) and no one in my family or myself had ever had a Mazda. But the Mazda dealership was on the way to the Elantra dealership so it made more sense to stop at Mazda next. Sunny was eager and nice without being obnoxious, patronizing, or pushy. He never tried to up-sell me or make me feel badly for not being able to afford a more expensive vehicle. I asked about more expensive models but when I told him I wanted under $20K, he was just cool about it being like "yeah, that's around $25K so you might not want it... but I can show you... " kind of reaction. At Kia it felt like the salesman wasn't really interested in what cars we wanted but he seemed like he wanted to tell us what he thought we *should* have. Sunny was similar in some ways in that he pointed out the weaknesses of other cars I suggested, but it was usually because the price was higher than what we wanted. Sunny encouraged us to look at the Mazda 3 and pointed out a number of important considerations, especially gas mileage and the new SkyActiv technology making the Mazda 3 competitive with hybrids. I thought maybe it would be too cramped in the back and he suggested it was akin to the Elantra (but with better gas mileage, higher quality parts, and a greater attention to detail given it was manufactured in Japan, unlike Hondas or Toyotas anymore). We also were considering a Subaru which he acknowledged is a great vehicle, but you pay more for it, with worse gas mileage and higher maintenance costs. I thought it sounded great but I almost left just because I was stressed about running out of time to get to the Hyundai dealership but he suggested test driving it before leaving, which we agreed to. On the ride he was really excellent. He was just super, super knowledgeable and he had an answer for all of my questions. He knew about so many other cars and, thanks to the magic of smartphones, we could check that he was right. Needless to say, we never made it to Hyundai. When I'm searching for a car (or really making any major decision), I want to know *why* I should do something, I want details, I want information, I don't want to be patronized or just patted on the head and told what someone else thinks I need. This is what Sunny provided: factual, compelling, information that helped us make a decision that we needed to make with haste. He was also really funny, charming, and gave us a ride home at the end so we didn't have to take the bus back home. I've never felt so great with buying a car! Usually I feel creepy and like maybe I made a mistake or that someone pulled the wool over my eyes. I am confident that we got the right car for us at a fantastic price. I love our new car that we just got today thanks to Sunny and also financial guy Kevin who was also really honest, forthcoming with information and not at all pushy. It was a great, great experience. I was extremely wary walking into a dealership after my first experience in buying my first new car in Toronto. Being a woman that has little to no knowledge in cars even less then, they really screwed me. first experience in buying my first new car in Toronto. Being a woman that has little to no knowledge in cars even less then, they really screwed me. They over charged on everything, they gave me warranty packages and made them sound very important to later find out they weren’t absolutely necessary … Nevertheless having a family now I wanted a new car we could depend on and really dreaded having to go to a dealership. When I got there I was welcomed and greeted by everyone. When Gerry approached me it seemed he was approaching me as a friend and not just a money ticket. He smiled and was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in being there. I explained to him about my past and how I am very cautious with buying a new car. I explained to him what kind of car I wanted we went out for a couple test drives and I really like the 2014 Mazda 3, in which Gerry explained to me all the ins and outs of the car. Making me very comfortable with my soon to be purchase. With that figured out Gerry sat down with me explained to me what I needed to do for financing it, he explained what packages I should take, he showed me that what I see is what I get. He truly treated me like a person, like he cared and that was very important because it showed me I could trust him. He had promised me there are no hidden fees. I have my new car now and am doubly grateful for Gerry’s kind heart and patience with me, I’m pleased to say that I got exactly what I signed up for, was not over charged or shocked with hidden fees. I have recommended Gerry from Bank Street Mazda to my family and friends and to anyone who wants to be treated right and get every dollar’s worth. More
