My wife and I went to Bank Street Mazda because of the many favourable reviews on the internet. We were immediately greeted by Ali when we walked in the door. He made the entire process so easy and stress free that we decided on purchasing the vehicle right away! (A new 2013 Mazda 3)we were then brought to Kevin Yang to arrange financing. Kevin was equally friendly and just as helpful as Ali was. He was able find us the financing we needed, even though we thought it would be very difficult to find. When we went back to pick up the car, Ali gave us all the time we needed to familiarize ourselves with the car. Everything was as promised and the car was detailed beautifully! Sunny took us on a test drive and we fell in love with the car. But we had to consider the financial part of things of course. So after the test drive Sunny sat down with us and went over everything. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted and keep us within out budget. He even went so far as to text me a picture of our new car before we picked it up. It can be a stressful time when you're trying to find a vehicle that finds your needs as a consumer. For me, I looked for a fuel efficient vehicle that was within my budget. From those remarks, you can see that I'm a pretty simple guy, therefore I had to go a little further researching as all companies these days have geared vehicles to be more fuel efficient - as our market has shown ascending gas prices. My focus was to not only look for a vehicle and appreciate the quality of it, but enable a relationship between the sales person & myself. In my situation, I dealt with Ivan Zechel. From all the salesmen (and women) I spoke with within the past couple of months, Ivan showed much value into finding me exactly what I wanted. He was professional and extremely knowledgable with the Mazda products that I looked at. My overall choice was the Mazda 3. I explained my budget to Ivan and we worked together to find something that worked for me personally. Overall we worked diligently and it paid off as I now drive a brand new vehicle care of both Ivan and their financing team (Mike in particular). I would recommend my friends & family to visit bank street Mazda as their core concepts focus completely on pleasing the customer. More

Went there to get pricing for a Mazda3 for my wife and they beat any quote we had already gotten (found out later that other dealers would not have beat the price). They were quite reasonable and not pushy about the sale. The financing guy (Kevin) was also great, and explained options about insurance, warranty, etc., and again without trying to force it on you. Ended up for fun getting a quote on a CX-5 because I was considering something bigger than my car, and they went out of their way to make a deal - including giving me a very fair price for my trade-in. The stars had to align just right for me to even consider the purchase (since we were actually there for my wife's car) and they made it happen. I was able to contact my sales person (Irina) the next day to request having the windows tinted before pick-up, and she it got done despite me needing to come in early due to work. Overall, the buying process and price I got were great. More
